Ingredients
Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Coriander (Coriandrum sativum), Thippili / Long Pepper (Piper
longum), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Senna (Cassia senna), Rasakinda (Tinospora
cordifolia), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Nelli / Indian Gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica),
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), and Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum).

Brewing Instructions
Place one tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow it to steep for 3–5 minutes. Enjoy warm.
Honey or lemon may be added for taste.
